Return Policy
At Marena Swimwear, we take hygiene and quality seriously. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not permit exchanges or returns for any reason, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a defective product, we may accept a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must:

- Notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and videos of the defect
- Include a detailed description of the issue

Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the returned product and verify the defect before processing a return or exchange. If the defect is deemed to be a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect, we may decline the return or exchange.

No Returns or Exchanges for:
- Personal preferences or sizing issues
- Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or neglect
- Products that have been altered or modified in any way
